Delivery time: 2–5 business days
Each order is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code.
Shipping
All orders are produced especially for you and carefully prepared for shipment.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on demand, but we aim to deliver all orders within 2–5 business days.
Free shipping is available on all orders over €79.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply notify us by email at valkonofficial@hotmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Worn, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
Does your item not fit properly? No worries.
- One free size exchange per order
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- You do not need to return the original item
Exchanges are only available for size issues, not for style or color changes.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement.
